Return and Refund Policy – Prakriti Life Science

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• Return request must be raised within 15 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Use a trackable and insured shipping service.

No refunds will be processed without proof of return delivery or receipt of goods.

4. Refunds & Replacements

After inspection of the returned item:

• No additional fees will be deducted from the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Goods

• Perishable or short shelf-life items
• Unsealed items (for hygiene reasons)
• Items mixed with other goods post-delivery
• Sale/discounted items (unless required by law)

6. Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If not marked as a gift, refund will go to the original purchaser.
