Absolutely. We do not conduct animal testing. All ingredients are sourced ethically and none of our products are tested on animals.
11. Do your products have shelf lives?
Yes, all our products come with manufacturing and expiry dates. Typically, our cleaning solutions have a shelf life of 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
12. What if my product is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the case.
13. Are your products suitable for sensitive individuals?
Yes. Our formulas are non-toxic, low-fragrance, and skin-safe. If you have severe allergies or conditions, please review the ingredients listed on our Safety Data Sheet or consult your healthcare provider.
